Six Gold.

That’s all that’s standing between you and your very own [Steam Tonk Controller]. Now why would you want to drop gold on something you’ve never heard of that appears to have no benefit whatsoever?

Remote Controlled Tank. Battlebots. Sure, not super fun all by yourself… but while you’re waiting for that instance to start, you can have little tonk wars with the others who are waiting. It has 50 charges, so even if you get blown up your first few times, you’ve got plenty of chances to get even.

If 6g seems a little rough, you can just acquire the core materials yourself: [Thorium Bar]x6 [Mithril Bar]x3 [Runecloth]x2 [Gold Bar]x1/3.

Mid-Night this week has moved to Thursday, swapped by moderate demand (more of a suggestion really) with the new Retro Instance. This week, the Mid-Night instance is Upper Blackrock Spire, although I noticed that a couple of voted snuck in after I had already called it (but hadn’t reset voting). This was likely in the wake of the poor turnout for Retro Scarlet Strat…

Due to popular demand and also the preference for Monday instances as decided by a recent poll, Retro Night is switching with Mid-night and moving to Monday with Mid going to Thursday. Currently, Live Strat is winning the poll, but only two people have voted so far, so we’ll leave the poll open for a bit longer. I’ve never been into UBRS (or LBRS or BRD), so Thursday’s run should be interesting.   I’m told most of the quests (all of them?) are available in Kargath (Badlands) and Flame Crest (FP in Burning Steppes).   Anyhow, hope to see you all there.
