So, when’s a good time?
In lieu of the recent abandonment or really really low interest in the Retro and Mid-Night instances, two bits of information have come up.
1) Some people don’t want to vote all the time.
2) It’s summer — schedules have changed.
As for the first point, currently, all instances are democratic in nature to get a feeling for where most people will benefit from visiting. Hellfire Club is not a tyrannical dictatorship, and as such, no events are appointed on the whim of an officer. So, in short, if the members don’t tell us where they’d like to go, we don’t know, and can’t schedule nothing.
As far as that scheduling goes… there is an availability poll, so you can show when you’re likely to be around and interested in group-stuff.
Lastly… we have a lot of new members. Please visit the forums, create an account, and join in the discussions. These two events (Retro & Mid-Night) are the events meant to cater to the Azerothian and mid-level demographic. There’s more of you than there are high-level characters, and the 70s will soon be shipped off to Karazhan. So, take the time to vote.

As an aside… spread the word. If you’ve brought in friends or recruits, let them know about the website and what they can do to get involved and participate.

Re-evaluating the non-Friday runs is a good idea, what with all of the new people in the guild.
Travysh replied:
I think we need to push the website more too… just general “Visit the freaking site!” comments to guild chat.
There’s still a number of long time guildies I’ve never seen on the forums, or seem to know about the fact the hfc-guild.com exists.

I think this problem can best be solved by an appointed person. I believe there is an opening in our new chain of command for this person. The question is who is this person and what are they going to do about it?
